The run sheet (every night)
Go live + greet — one line on what tonight is ("Day 37 — building the downpipe frame, and tonight I'm rendering the Venturi core").
Recap yesterday — the win + one honest snag. (The day page fills in yesterday's title for you.)
Tonight's make — start screen-recording the deliverable(s) from the day page.
Work the talking angles — the why → the how → the honest bit → the build tie-in → ask the chat (see packs below).
Daily video-log — switch to camera, answer the log prompts (what got done, what's blocking, best take, tomorrow's #1).
Tease tomorrow + sign off — the day page shows tomorrow's title.
Never run out of things to say

How — narrate every choice as you make it.
Honest — what's fiddly, what failed, what you're unsure of.
Tie-in — connect it to this week's build / the science.
Ask the chat — a question, then read replies aloud.
Dead-air rescues
Narrate your mouse — "I'm grabbing this because…".
Read a chat message, even if quiet.
Recap what you've done so far this session.
Zoom out: how tonight's asset fits the 100-day mission.
Tell the backstory behind the build / the dome.
If truly stuck: "let me think out loud" — silence is the only real mistake.
Engagement tactics
Open a loop early ("by the end of tonight we'll know if the render reads right") and close it before you sign off.
Polls / votes — A/B thumbnails, pick a render angle, choose a music take.
Name regulars; pin a one-line "what we're building" message.
Recurring bit — same intro line / sign-off each night builds ritual.
Call to the main channel — "the full build video for this drops after launch".
