🩹 Sustainability & resilience

πŸ”‹ Burnout guard

You work ~7 days most weeks (concreting Mon–Fri + pizza Fri/Sat + build Sat–Sun + a nightly stream). Rules to last 100 days:

  • Mondays = recovery β€” ingest + stream only, early night (built into the schedule).
  • Bank a real rest block each fortnight β€” a Sunday afternoon off or an occasional concreting day-off.
  • Nightly stream cap β€” keep it to the hour; some nights just talk + log, no extra work.
  • Crunch weeks (W8 night test, W10 pond, W14 finale) β€” keep the weeknights either side light.

🟑 Contingency & float

The 100 days are fully booked, so build in slip-resilience:

  • Float = your occasional concreting day off β€” use it to catch up when behind.
  • Weather slips bump to the next free dawn or the following weekend (see each day's rain plan).
  • Most slack: the 3-week frame phase (W2–4) and the launch run-up (Oct 12–13).
  • Tightest: W10 pond & W14 finale β€” protect with volunteers; don't let earlier weeks eat into them.

πŸ’Ύ Footage backup (3-2-1)

100 days of footage is irreplaceable β€” no single failure can end the project:
