Why this exists: Atmosfarm is temporary by design. 97 Dalkeith Rd (Kudla) is in a growth area and will likely be subdivided in 2–3 years. The plan: prove the system here, self-funded, and build in public. A permanent home is a light future note — a later, self/earnings-funded chapter, not a campaign. So nothing is poured in; it all bolts, clamps and lifts.
