Build windows: Saturday AM (~7–2) and all day Sunday are the heavy physical blocks; days off are bonus build time. Weeknights are light only (ingest, edit, prep). Each build week below lists 10 targets — build tasks plus the content/footage goals from your weekly schedule.
Strategy: create from Jul 1 but publish nothing — film everything, build a backlog, and launch the channel + 24/7 livestream all at once on Oct 14. Week 0 (setup) and the Launch Track + cross-cutting tracks at the end of this plan are the non-build layer pulled in from the command center.

Foundation / Ground
Clear, level and set the datum. Mark the full dome footprint and base ring — a 6V has many base vertices, so mark and anchor every one now. Compact the ground and set demountable footing/anchor points (screw piles / ground screws / skids — no permanent slab, so the whole dome can be unbolted and relocated), and run any conduit or drainage sleeves before anything goes on top.

Dome Frame
The biggest job, given three weeks. Week 2 — Fabrication: cut, label and flatten/drill every strut by colour-coded length. Week 3 — Lower frame: raise the base rows and lock the lower hubs. Week 4 — Upper frame & apex: close out the upper rings and fully brace.

Downpipe Frame
Build the support frame that carries the downpipe run. Get it plumb and braced — everything downstream hangs off this, so don't rush the bracing.

Downpipe
Install the downpipe(s) onto the frame. Set falls/gradient and joints, and run the collection point into the pond location.

Week 8
Water-2-Air
The core Atmosfarm rig: the condensation / heat-exchange element tying intake → downpipe → pond together. This is the heart of the build — film it well.

Filtration System
Build the mechanical + bio filtration before the pond goes live, so the water has somewhere clean to circulate from day one. Leak-test the rig and confirm the bio-filter seeded back in Week 6 is cycling.

Week 10
Pond & Aquaponics
Combined, and done while the dome is still open for full access. The pond is a portable tank (above-ground poly tank / IBC totes on a level base — no digging, so it drains and lifts out for the move). Set it up, then plumb the tank → filter → grow-beds loop, fit the pump and run the first full water test of the whole circuit.

Skin the dome. With a 6V that's many small triangles — pre-cut and number every panel, then work in rings from the bottom up. Seal seams and leave the entrance gap.

The build is only half of it. While the frame finishes (roughly Sep→Oct), the stockpiled footage has to become a publishable backlog, the rig has to be launch-ready, and everything goes live in one shot on Oct 14.

Water before cover. Pond & aquaponics (W10) happens while the dome is still open — you set the portable tank and plumb the loop with full access before skinning in W11.
Access before cover. Anything large (downpipe frame W6, water-2-air W8, filtration W9) must be in place before the skin goes on in W11 — the entrance gap is your only way in afterwards.
Bio-filter is now seeded W6. That gives it ~4 weeks to colonise before the pond fills at W10 — built into the targets above. Don't skip it or the W10 water test won't behave.
Packed final week. Exhaust + landscaping + the 100-days wrap is a lot for one week. Exhaust on Sat AM, landscaping + hero drone shot Sunday, and bank a day off near the end as catch-up insurance.
Daylight. Jul–Aug sunsets (~5:15pm) kill weeknight build time — keep heavy work on Sat AM + Sun. From early-Oct daylight saving, weeknights open up for the final push.
Publish nothing until Oct 14. The whole plan is build-a-backlog-then-launch. Set accounts up quietly in Week 0 and resist posting — the impact is everything dropping at once on launch day.
Edit as you go. Rough-assemble episodes weekly through the build so September isn't a wall of un-cut footage. Falling behind on the edit is the most likely way launch day slips.
Naming: settled on Atmosfarm. The LOVEGROVE question is resolved — secure @atmosfarm everywhere in Week 0 and move on.
Pond is self-covered. The pond gets its own cover, so the water work (W10) doesn't depend on the dome skin — another reason it's done while the dome is still open.
Forklift-wide doorway. The entrance (W12) is sized for forklift access, so beds, media and future equipment drive straight in — leave the gap accordingly when skinning in W11.
Everything temporary / demountable. 97 Dalkeith Rd is a corner block in the Kudla Growth Area (being rezoned now), so the property may be developed within ~2 years. Build it all to come apart and move: demountable footings (screw piles/skids, no slab), boltable frame, portable pond tank, restorable site. See the permits / insurance / safety checklist and the teardown / relocation plan.
Night-work lighting is set up. Weeknights and the final push can run into the evening — useful insurance for the packed last weeks.
Don't overbuild the setup. Landing page, branding and gear can eat the whole 100 days if you let them. Get them “good enough” in Week 0, then go build.
