That $15,000–$40,000 AUD figure came out of the engineering chat as a rough all-in cost for a DIY hybrid funnel + atmospheric-water-generator build — "more if properly engineered." It's the only dome-cost number anywhere in the archive.
What the archive does NOT have
There's no detailed bill of materials — no per-component prices, no itemised 6 m-prototype budget, no quotes.
